Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental and emotional health to identify their unique needs and challenges.
- Formulate individualized treatment plans that reflect clients' specific goals, preferences, and evidence-based practice standards.
- Provide individual therapy sessions for clients of varying ages, addressing specific concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
- Facilitate couples counseling sessions aimed at improving communication, resolving conflicts, and enhancing relational dynamics.
- Regularly review and modify treatment plans to ensure they remain aligned with clients’ evolving needs and progress.
- Maintain up-to-date and precise patient records, including progress notes and treatment outcomes, adhering to legal and ethical documentation standards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and support for clients.
- Offer crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies.
- Stay informed about recent developments in marriage and family therapy through continuous professional education and training.

Qualifications\n

- A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field.
- An active and valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist issued by the State Board.
- Proven experience in conducting individual and/or couples therapy.
- Demonstrated ability to complete client assessments, maintain clinical documentation, and develop treatment plans in a timely manner.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proficient understanding of electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
