The Tabletop Game Store Sales Associate plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience at a small independent store specializing in tabletop games. Working typical 8-hour shifts, this position involves assisting a diverse customer base of casual gamers, competitive players, and collectors by providing expert product knowledge and friendly service. The cashier is responsible not only for efficient cash handling and POS operations but also for maintaining store presentation and actively promoting sales through frequent upselling.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with game selections and inquiries
