Key Responsibilities\n

- Manage a diverse caseload, conducting regular sessions to establish rapport and maintaining professional ethics throughout client interactions.
- Regularly assess client progress by evaluating mental health stability, scheduling follow-up appointments, and guiding discharges when appropriate.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and goals of each client.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, to ensure continuity of care.
- Conduct intake assessments to gauge potential clients’ needs and establish a foundation for therapeutic engagements.
- Facilitate weekly individual therapy sessions, applying evidence-based practices tailored to diverse client needs.
- Engage in individual supervision sessions to reflect on practice, receive feedback, and identify areas for professional growth.

Compensation and Benefits\n
