Work Environment\n
This position will be predominantly remote, allowing you to provide therapy from the comfort of your own space while still being part of a collaborative team. Our outpatient office setting ensures that you will have the resources and support necessary to thrive in your practice, including access to clinical supervision and professional development conferences. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients’ mood disorder symptoms and understand their unique life situations.
- Work collaboratively with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that reflect their specific needs, goals, and preferences.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate healing and growth.
- Provide psychoeducation and support to clients and their families, empowering them with knowledge about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies.
- Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.
- Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in the treatment of mood disorders to continually enhance therapeutic practices.
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines.
- Participate in case consultations and team meetings, fostering a supportive professional environment.
- Advocate for clients and address mental health stigmas, ensuring that the diverse needs of our patient population are met.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
In this role, you will primarily work with clients suffering from various mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. Your contributions will assist vulnerable populations in rebuilding their lives and fostering resilience.
