Job Overview:
Quality Control Manager responsible for leading all quality operations throughout the manufacturing process, ensuring vehicles meet company specifications and the highest standards of safety, performance, and compliance. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and experience managing quality systems in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct Quality Control staff.
- Oversee inspections and testing throughout manufacturing.
- Conduct shop, parking area, and road inspections.
- Test vehicles against work order specifications.
- Approve or reject internal and vendor-supplied components.
- Improve QC procedures, documentation, and manufacturing processes.
Requirements:
- 8–10 years of quality experience in manufacturing.
- Experience managing a Quality Management System (QMS).
- Strong ability to read work orders and interpret specifications.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.
