Job DescriptionNow Hiring! Our client in Claremont, NH is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician for their Elderly Housing Development.
This individual will perform routine maintenance procedures necessary to meet the needs of the community.
Qualifications:
o Working, hands-on knowledge of building maintenance, including basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and janitorial services.o Three (3) years building maintenance experience.o Good verbal and written language skills in predominant language of the property location.o Understanding and consideration of the type of circumstances associated with working with the elderly and handicapped.
This approximately a 30 hour/week, temp to hire assignment and the hourly rate is $22/hour.
