Job DescriptionGeneral Manager YogaSix | Full-Time Let's Clear Something Up... Running a successful yoga studio isn't about sitting in lotus position all day. It's about leading a team, growing memberships, creating an incredible member experience, solving problems, and making sure the studio continues to thrive. About YogaSix YogaSix is one of the fastest-growing boutique fitness brands in the country, with more than 200 independently owned studios across the U.S. and internationally. We make yoga approachable, welcoming, and empowering for students of every experience level. What You'll Do No two days look exactly the same, but you'll spend your time:
- Leading and developing a high-performing team of Wellness Advisors and Teachers
- Driving membership sales, retail revenue, and overall studio growth
- Following up with leads and helping prospective members find the right membership
- Creating an exceptional experience that keeps members coming back
- Building relationships within the local community through partnerships and events
- Overseeing daily studio operations, scheduling, inventory, and reporting
- Working alongside the Studio Owner to improve performance and grow the business
Some days you'll be celebrating a record sales week. Other days you'll be covering the front desk, helping a new member feel at home, or figuring out why the music isn't playing five minutes before class. That's studio life—and we wouldn't have it any other way. What We're Looking For You'll probably be a great fit if you:
- Have 2+ years of leadership experience in fitness, retail, hospitality, or another service-based business
- Love coaching and developing people
- Enjoy sales and know how to build lasting customer relationships
- Can motivate a team while holding people accountable
- Stay organized, adaptable, and calm when things get busy
- Communicate professionally and confidently with members and staff
- Are comfortable using CRM systems and basic business software
- Are available to work some evenings and weekends

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Occasionally lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to bend, reach, kneel, and climb stairs as needed
