Now Hiring: Quality Inspector
Shift: 6:00AM - 6:30PM or 6:00PM - 6:30AM
Pay: $20.00 / $21.50/hr
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting production operations by handling materials, inspecting components, and ensuring product quality throughout the process.
This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to identify defects, and a focus on maintaining quality standards in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Remove spindles from fixtures and end caps from both ends of fixtures
- Inspect spindles for damage and verify correct type for the product being processed
- Remove blades and delamination spacers from both closed and open ends
- Perform quality inspections to identify defects, including:
- Ensure all materials meet quality standards before moving to the next stage of production
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/blueprints
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable focusing on one area of inspection
- Ability to stand for extended periods
