American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg Telemetry RN for a 13-week night shift assignment requiring an active MA RN license and current telemetry experience.

- 49-bed general medical/surgical telemetry unit caring for adult and geriatric patients
- Patients present with a wide variety of acute conditions and multiple comorbidities
- 12-hour night shift schedule, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- Every other weekend required
- 36 hours per week over a 13-week assignment
- Uses Epic EMR
- No floating or charge responsibilities required

Requirements\n

- Active Massachusetts RN license required at time of consideration
- Current AHA BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- Current telemetry experience required
- Med/Surg experience preferred
- Epic EMR experience required
- Effective communication and time management skills required
- Must pass a one-time ECG/Telemetry and medication proctored exam prior to acceptance

Additional Information\n

- Deliver medical/surgical telemetry nursing care to adult and geriatric patients with acute and complex conditions
- Orientation occurs on a biweekly basis
- Interview conducted directly with the hiring manager
- COVID vaccine plus booster and flu vaccine required, with medical exemptions allowed
- Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius; local candidates will not be accepted
- Previous BILH employees (travel, perm, or per diem) must have a 6-month break from any BILH facility before returning
- All RTO requests must be submitted at time of consideration
