THE ROLE
You run the site, the trades and the schedule, and you are the one the owner walks with.
RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul>
<li>Ground up multifamily, podium and wood frame, or mixed use over retail</li>
<li>Trade coordination and look ahead scheduling that holds through framing</li>
<li>Quality and safety on a site with many trades stacked close</li>
<li>Owner and architect walks, and the punch that follows</li>
<li>Unit turnover sequencing through certificate of occupancy</li>
<li>Weather, logistics and deliveries on a tight urban footprint</li>
</ul>
QUALIFICATIONS
<ul>
<li>Eight or more years running multifamily or mixed use sites</li>
<li>Wood frame over a structural podium</li>
<li>Unit turnover and phased occupancy experience</li>
<li>A schedule you built and held with your project manager</li>
</ul>
COMPENSATION
Base of $130,000 to $165,000.
