Job Title: Instructional Designer / Training Specialist
Location: Westborough, MA 01581
Duration: 06 Months Contract
Pay Rate: $44.00/hr.
Job Description:
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of engaging instructor-led and asynchronous training programs for Administration & Finance Shared Services, including job aids, instructional videos, and e-learning content aligned with Title II accessibility standards.
- Partner with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to create curriculum and training materials for financial systems and business processes, including ERP platforms, procurement, travel & expense, and budgeting tools.
- Develop high-quality digital learning experiences using tools such as Camtasia, Articulate 360, Zoom, and LMS platforms, ensuring content is user-friendly, accessible, and scalable for diverse audiences.
- Support organizational change initiatives and technology deployments by creating training collateral, facilitating end-user training sessions, and driving continuous learning and adoption across the organization.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, metrics, and continuous improvement practices to ensure learning programs meet evolving business and compliance needs.
- Preferred experience includes shared services environments and familiarity with systems such as PeopleSoft, Jaggaer, Oracle EPM, Concur, and other enterprise financial or procurement applications.
