HVAC Installation Coordinator$23–$27/Hour | Reading, MA | Full-TimeMonday–Friday | 7:30 AM–4:30 PMKeep Every Installation MovingCooling Unlimited has been serving homeowners throughout Middlesex County for nearly 40 years. We're growing our team and looking for an organized, proactive HVAC Installation Project Coordinator to help keep residential installation projects on schedule and the details under control.You'll be the connection point between the installation team, customers, sales, vendors, subcontractors, and office staff. From preparing a job before installation to keeping everyone updated when plans change, you'll help make sure projects move smoothly from start to finish.If you're naturally organized, communicate well, and like being the person who keeps everything on track, this could be a great fit.Your Role in the OperationYou'll help manage the details that keep our installation department running efficiently:Maintain daily installation schedulesPrepare job folders and paperworkCoordinate permits and inspectionsArrange subcontractors and outside resourcesCommunicate schedules and changesKeep customers updated on project detailsCoordinate information between office and field teamsFollow up with homeowners after sales and installationsTrack project details and outstanding itemsWork closely with the Installation ManagerYou'll Work With a Lot of Moving PartsNo two days will look exactly the same.
