Job Posting: Special Education Inclusion Teacher (Middle & High School)
Position: Full-Time
Start Date: August 24, 2026
End Date: June 15, 2027
Location: Ashburnham, MA 01430
We are seeking a dedicated Special Education Inclusion Teacher to support students at both the middle and high school levels. This role focuses on providing individualized instruction and accommodations in inclusive classroom settings, while collaborating with general education teachers to foster student success.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to students with diverse learning needs in inclusive classrooms.
- Collaborate with general education staff to adapt curriculum and instruction.
- Develop and implement IEP goals and accommodations.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
- Communicate effectively with families and colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Valid Massachusetts teaching license in Special Education.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience supporting students in inclusive settings.
- Commitment to fostering equity and student growth.
