Position Summary
Brightleaf Behavioral Support is seeking compassionate and motivated Behavioral Technicians to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism and developmental disabilities. Services are delivered in natural environments, including clients’ homes and community settings, to promote meaningful skill development and independence.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients
- Collect and record data on client progress during each session
- Support the development of communication, social, and daily living skills
- Follow behavior intervention plans and utilize appropriate behavior management strategies
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when working with clients and families
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and caregivers regarding client progress
- Attend required trainings and supervision sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations
- Ability to work independently and follow clinical guidance
