We are looking for an Field Service Equipment Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for installing, servicing, repairing various types of laboratory / scientific / medical / veterinary / etc. equipment locally (MA), throughout New England and possibly beyond on occasion.
Responsibilities:
- Reliable, Flexible, Problem Solving, Adaptable, Customer Service, Quality, Positive Attitude
- Specialize in installing all types of equipment and products
- Perform routine equipment service & maintenance
- Use diagnostic tools to test equipment components
- Perform quality inspections, repairs and preventative/proactive maintenance
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance, electronics, mechanics, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, PLC's, Sterilizers, Boilers, washer equipment, solenoid valves, steam traps, etc. very helpful.
- Knowledge of shop equipment, tools, machinery, prints, instructions
- Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills and customer service
- Deadline, detail-oriented, organized, professional, workmanship pride, get-it-done attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
