Job Description Assembler I – Manufacturing
We’re hiring an Assembler I to perform light assembly and packaging of electro-mechanical and optical products. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys hands-on work, and is interested in growing their manufacturing experience.
What You’ll Do
- Perform light assembly of electro-mechanical and optical components
- Package finished products according to established procedures
- Follow work instructions and production documentation
- Inspect assemblies for quality and identify potential issues
- Assist with troubleshooting assembly, material, or process concerns
- Support improvements to manufacturing and assembly processes
- Help maintain and update process documentation
- Work with the production team to meet daily quality and production goals
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
What We’re Looking For
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
- Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to follow written instructions and established procedures
- Basic computer skills required
- Dependable and comfortable working as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
