As a remote-based therapist, you will have the flexibility to craft a work schedule that fits your lifestyle while maintaining a strong connection with the team and clients. Key Responsibilities\n

  • Build and maintain a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients through active listening and empathetic engagement.

  • Assess, diagnose, and formulate comprehensive treatment plans based on thorough evaluation of each client’s mental health needs.

  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, using evidence-based therapeutic techniques catered to diverse psychological conditions.

  • Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.

  • Facilitate referrals to specialized services when additional support or resources are required, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.

  • Document client progress meticulously in our electronic health record system, adhering to all regulatory and agency policies.

You will work with a varied client base, including individuals from different age groups, cultural backgrounds, and socio-economic standings. Our focus encompasses a range of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma-related disorders, and more. Qualifications\n

  • Active, unencumbered State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

  • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is essential.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills are imperative for balancing caseload and administrative responsibilities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
