As a remote-based therapist, you will have the flexibility to craft a work schedule that fits your lifestyle while maintaining a strong connection with the team and clients. Key Responsibilities\n

- Build and maintain a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients through active listening and empathetic engagement.
- Assess, diagnose, and formulate comprehensive treatment plans based on thorough evaluation of each client’s mental health needs.
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, using evidence-based therapeutic techniques catered to diverse psychological conditions.
- Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
