Job Title: Production Test Technician I
Location: Waltham, MA 02453
Duration: 6 Months

Qualifications:
Education:

• High School Degree or Equivalent Typically requires between 0-2 years of related experience.

Experience:

• Experience working in a lean manufacturing environment a plus.

Skills:

• Have good manual dexterity computer skills and literacy.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to be able to do multiple priorities and multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Enjoy contributing to a diverse manufacturing group.
• Be a Team Player and able and embrace change.
• Strives to work with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Meets standard time.
• Able to lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities:

• Perform electro-mechanical assembly functions on analyzers.
• Calibrate electronic devices per customer orders.
• Utilize hand tools and test devices.
• Follow standardized/documented procedures to ensure product meets high quality standards.
• Complete work orders on schedule and meet standard time for standard operations.
• Comply with established environmental, health and safety policies.
• Work on assignments that are routine in nature requiring limited judgment.
• Normally receives detailed instructions on work; works under close supervision.
• Accurately record labor time for work order operations into the MRP system.
• Time and attendance in accordance with company policies.
• Report nonconforming product and material following company policies (NCM creation) and established
• Work area procedures.
• Report nonconforming product and safety issues.
• Participate in the company’s Lean and Continuous Improvement programs including maintaining work
• area to 6S standards.
• Be able to help in more than one area within the department and/or other departments.
• Be able to work overtime when needed.
• Evaluation of performance will be based on ability to perform above referenced functions.
