Qualifications

Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Current and valid Vermont Physical Therapist Assistant license

Current CPR certification

Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care setting preferred

Strong knowledge of rehabilitation practices and long-term care regulations

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Computer proficiency
