- Provide high-quality care to a diverse patient population in a 65-bed, pod-based Emergency Department.
- Perform assessments, documentation, IV insertions, phlebotomy, EKGs, and cardiac monitoring.
- Conduct point-of-care testing and splinting.
- Utilize critical thinking skills to manage patient care effectively.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and health maintenance.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements\n
- \n
- Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Nursing experience.
- Proficiency in general ED nursing skills.
- Current AHA Certified BLS and ACLS certifications.
- NRP certification required; TNCC strongly preferred.
- Experience with EPIC ASAP EMR system is advantageous.
- Willingness to float and rotate shifts as needed, though night positions do not rotate.
