Our organization, a mission-oriented Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) located in Durham, NH, is looking for per diem Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNA) and Medication Nursing Assistants (MNA) to cover all shifts. In this adaptable position, you will deliver resident-focused care across various settings, including independent living, assisted living, memory support, and nursing care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities.
• Administer medications safely and accurately.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes.
• Promote each resident’s independence, wellness, and dignity.
• Work collaboratively with a dedicated, interdisciplinary team.
