Job DescriptionWe are looking for an HRIS Coordinator to support key human resources operations in Massachusetts. This contract position has the potential to become permanent and is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing HR systems work with hands-on employee support, recruiting coordination, and process improvement. The person in this role will help maintain smooth day-to-day HR activities while contributing to projects that strengthen people programs and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
• Manage recruiting coordination activities, including posting openings, assisting with interview scheduling and participation, and helping guide candidates through the onboarding process.
• Lead onboarding support by facilitating first-day orientation and ensuring new employees receive a positive and organized introduction to the company.
• Provide front-line assistance to employees by responding to routine HR questions and addressing daily people-related inquiries.
• Support payroll-related administrative tasks to help maintain timely and accurate processing.
• Maintain and assist with HRIS-related activities, including data support, system usage, and general coordination tied to HR information processes.
• Contribute to updates and improvements for HR programs, policies, and procedures through project-based work and ongoing team collaboration.
• Partner with the local People and Culture team to keep daily operations running efficiently and consistently.
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR workflows and help implement practical improvements across department processes.• 2+ years of experience in human resources, HR operations, or HRIS coordination.
• Hands-on experience working with HRIS platforms, including data entry, maintenance, reporting, or user support responsibilities.
• Familiarity with HRIS analysis, implementation support, or system-related process improvement activities.
• Experience using UltiPro HRIS or a comparable human resources information system.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities involving recruiting, onboarding, employee support, and administrative coordination.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees and internal stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented work style with a focus on accuracy, organization, and follow-through.
