What You’ll Need:
- High school diploma (no additional certifications or higher education required)
- Experience in school or educational settings is advantageous but not mandatory
- Ability to provide three professional references, including your most recent manager, prior to interviewing
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Enthusiasm for working with students and adaptable to a variety of classroom dynamics
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide essential academic and behavioral support to students individually and in group settings
- Assist educators in managing classroom activities and implementing lesson plans
- Foster an inclusive and supportive environment to encourage student engagement and independence
- Help facilitate daily classroom routines and transitions, ensuring a safe and welcoming space
- Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and students to support overall academic goals
