.In this role, you'll maintain, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machinery and other manufacturing equipment while partnering with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability

- DoTroubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machining centers, lathes, mills, grinders, conveyors, robotics, pumps, and other production equipmen
- t.Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and complete corrective repairs to maximize machine uptim
- e.Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication, coolant, and machine control issue
- s.Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and restore production safely and efficientl
- y.Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, maintenance manuals, and hydraulic and pneumatic diagram
- s.Record maintenance activities, repairs, parts usage, and equipment history using maintenance documentation or electronic work order system
- s.Assist with machine installations, relocations, alignments, upgrades, and continuous improvement project
- s.Inspect equipment to identify wear, safety concerns, and potential failures before they impact productio

- nt.Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, including hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, bearings, belts, sensors, pumps, machine controls, and industrial equipme
- nt.Ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics, maintenance manuals, and hydraulic/pneumatic diagrams.Experience with CNC mills, lathes, Fanuc controls, PLCs, servo systems, robotics, automated equipment, or similar manufacturing technology is preferr
- ed.Proficient with hand tools, power tools, precision measuring instruments, and maintenance diagnostic equipme
