Qualifications:

  • At least three professional references, including your most recent manager, must be provided prior to interviewing
  • Prior school-based or youth-focused experience is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dependability, flexibility, and a nurturing attitude are valued

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized or group support to students under the supervision of teachers or special educators
  • Assist with classroom management and activities, helping to ensure a positive learning environment
  • Support students with academic, social, or behavioral needs as directed by instructional staff
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to school policies and procedures
  • Help facilitate transitions between classrooms, lunch, and other school activities

Details:This assignment offers contract work of 32.5 hours per week, aligning with either middle school hours (7:10 am–2:10 pm) or high school hours (7:30 am–2:30 pm), with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. The role begins as soon as possible and continues through June 16, 2027.
