Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand clients' histories, strengths, and mental health challenges. Utilize this information to develop personalized treatment plans that address specific needs.
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy utilizing diverse therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.
- Collaborate with clients to set and achieve realistic mental health goals, regularly reviewing progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Document all client interactions and case notes meticulously, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality in line with HIPAA regulations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
