Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand clients' histories, strengths, and mental health challenges. Utilize this information to develop personalized treatment plans that address specific needs.

  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy utilizing diverse therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

  • Collaborate with clients to set and achieve realistic mental health goals, regularly reviewing progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

  • Document all client interactions and case notes meticulously, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality in line with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
