Key Qualifications:

• Active state licensure as an SLP (CCC) or SLPA (or eligibility for licensure)
• Previous experience working in K-12 school settings is valued
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and educational best practices
• Excellent communication skills—for both student interaction and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Flexible, adaptable, and responsive to changing student needs
• Commitment to cultural sensitivity and inclusivity

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to students across age ranges
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain thorough, accurate documentation as required by the school and regulatory bodies
• Participate in eligibility, evaluation, and annual review meetings
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff, support services, and families
• Adapt services to both in-person and small group instruction based on caseload needs
