Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Full-time Openings

Openings on all shifts, including every other weekend

Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dynamic care team at Berkshire Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center in Sandisfield, Massachusetts. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Berkshire Rehab is an award-winning 57-bed all-male skilled nursing facility with a large veteran population.

Responsibilities:

Provide routine daily nursing care to residents, including personal care, hygiene, and mobility assistance
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
Participate in planning and following individualized care plans
Document resident care accurately and completely
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents

Requirements:

Active and unencumbered CNA license in Massachusetts (or in the process of obtaining one)
New graduates welcome!
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
High school diploma or equivalent required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred

Schedule:

$25 to $30 an hour, depending on the shift
Shift differentials available for evenings, overnights, and weekends
Weekly pay
