Planner / Scheduler – Nashua, NH Area 6 month contract position possible extension or conversion
- Manage production planning and scheduling for PCBA manufacturing, WIP, and finished goods inventory across multiple facilities.
- Utilize Oracle ERP, specifically the Master Scheduling and MRP modules, to develop build plans, manage material requirements, and maintain production schedules.
- Monitor customer demand, production commitments, inventory levels, and shipment schedules to achieve on-time delivery goals.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Purchasing, Warehouse, Quality, Engineering, and Production to resolve material shortages and scheduling conflicts.
- Track production metrics, including on-time delivery, MRP trends, inventory exposure, and process improvements.
- Manage interfacility material transfers, requisitions, and outside processing schedules.
Key Qualifications:
- 2+ years of production planning or scheduling experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle ERP, particularly Master Scheduling and MRP.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience analyzing planning and inventory data.
- Knowledge of PCB/PCBA manufacturing or electronics is preferred.
- Experience with FactoryLogix or similar manufacturing software is a plus.
- Self-directed, analytical, highly organized, and comfortable managing competing priorities with minimal supervision.
