Key Responsibilities\n
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Long Beach Counseling Services, you will play a crucial role in providing care to your clients. Your daily responsibilities include:

- Conducting regular sessions to monitor client progress, addressing ongoing concerns, and planning for discharge when necessary.
- Developing, implementing, and refining person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique situation and goals.
- Completing accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and intake assessments, to uphold compliance and track client outcomes.
- Participating in individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and receive support in your practice.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including social workers, psychiatrists, and case managers, to provide holistic care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
