Responsibilities
- Perform welding tasks on various metal materials using MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
- Inspect and test welded surfaces to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Maintain and operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a welding program is a plus.
- Proven experience as a welder, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in various welding techniques and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Knowledge of safety standards and practices in welding.
- 6+ years of welding experience.
- U.S. citizen or green card holder.
