We are Seeking an accomplished Real Estate - Commercial Litigator to join as a lateral partner (anticipated Non-Equity Partner structure). Must bring an established real estate-focused commercial litigation practice. The firm can provide approximately 300-500 hours of firm-generated work to complement the partner's portable client base.

Qualifications: - Established real estate-based commercial litigation practice. - Minimum $300,000+ portable book of business (larger book strongly preferred). - Strong client relationship and business-development capabilities. - Ability to manage sophisticated commercial disputes independently. - Admission and good standing appropriate to practice in New Hampshire.
