Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, formulate accurate clinical diagnoses, and tailor individual treatment plans.
- Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.
- Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients facing acute mental health crises or emergencies, ensuring timely and effective solutions are implemented.
- Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records in adherence to established ethical guidelines and legal standards, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment documentation.
