About the Role:
KTM Exteriors & Recycling LLC is looking for an experienced and driven Roofing Supervisor to lead our crews in NH and the surrounding areas. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee quality roofing installations and help build a team that delivers exceptional results. General Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct roofing crews on residential and/or commercial job sites
- Ensure all roofing installations meet quality standards and project specifications
- Monitor job site safety and enforce OSHA compliance protocols
- Coordinate daily workflow, crew scheduling, and material logistics
- Communicate project updates and progress to management
- Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members to maintain high performance standards
- Inspect completed work and address any issues or deficiencies before project close-out
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on roofing experience, 1 year or more in a supervisory or lead role preferred
- Proficiency in shingle and metal roofing systems, flat roofing is preferred
- Strong knowledge of roofing safety standards and OSHA regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and project plans
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and at heights
