A product development and engineering consultancy in Wilmington, MA is hiring a full-time, hybrid Principal Electrical Engineer Manager to lead the design and development of cutting-edge medical devices, robotics systems, and embedded electronics. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on engineering, working with technologies including embedded systems, PCB design, firmware development, microcontrollers, and electronic system architecture.\n

Required Skills & Experience\n

\n
• 10 + years of Electrical Engineering experience

\n

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field

\n

• PCB design experience using Altium, Cadence, Allegro, OrCAD, or similar tools

\n

• Experience with ARM, Cortex, STM32, PIC, or similar microcontrollers

\n

• Familiarity with SPI, I@C, UART, CAN, and Ethernet protocols

\n

• Experience using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and JTAG debuggers

\n

• Product development experience

\n
