Key Responsibilities\n

- Provide ongoing consultation and support in the formulation of crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment strategies.
- Document all patient interactions and care progress in alignment with regulatory standards to ensure compliance and enhance treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement positive behavior support strategies for clients.
- Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes to maintain high standards of care.
- Serve as an effective liaison with various service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate client access to resources and support.
- Maintain open and constructive communication with stakeholders to promote our mission and ensure optimal service delivery.
- Develop relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to enhance program visibility and secure new partnerships and funding sources.
- Engage in professional development activities, including attending workshops and conferences, to enhance your skills and knowledge in the mental health field.

- Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the clinic’s operations.
