Job Description
Base Salary Range: $140,000 – $175,000

Schedule & Location: Full-time (40–55 hrs/wk); hybrid model (predominantly remote with weekly in-office meetings, field site visits, and client meetings)

Core Responsibilities

- Project & Client Management: Lead structural projects end-to-end (scoping, fee proposals, scheduling, client contact, construction support).
- Technical Execution: Perform and oversee structural analysis, calculation packages, condition assessments, repair recommendations, and construction documents.
- Team Leadership & Quality Control: Coordinate internal staffing, mentor junior engineers, and review technical deliverables to maintain firm quality standards.
- Practice Growth & BD: Participate in business development, nurture client relationships, and help optimize internal processes.

Key Requirements
\n

- Education & Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Structural, Civil, or Architectural Engineering; active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Experience: ~10+ years of relevant building structural engineering experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with standard software tools (RISA, RAM, Enercalc, Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam).
- Field Work: Ability to conduct on-site investigations, condition assessments, and construction observations.
