Job DescriptionPrecision CNC Machinist
We are looking for an experienced Precision CNC Machinist to join a growing team. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone with Swiss CNC or CNC lathe experience who is comfortable working with tight tolerances and precision components.
 What You’ll Do:
<ul>
<li>
Set up and operate Swiss CNC machines
</li>
<li>
Perform tool changes, offsets, and program adjustments
</li>
<li>
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&amp;T
</li>
<li>
Read, interpret, and edit G-code and M-code programs
</li>
<li>
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment
</li>
<li>
Troubleshoot machining issues and make adjustments as needed
</li>
<li>
Maintain quality and machine efficiency
</li>
<li>
Support day-to-day shop operations and continuous improvement
</li>
</ul>
 What We’re Looking For:
<ul>
<li>3+ years of precision machining experience</li>
<li>Previous Swiss CNC or CNC lathe experience</li>
<li>Experience with machines such as Tornos, Nakamura, or Star is a plus</li>
<li>Ability to read blueprints and GD&amp;T</li>
<li>Experience with CNC setup, tool changes, offsets, and troubleshooting</li>
<li>Ability to read and edit CNC programs</li>
<li>Experience using precision measuring and inspection equipment</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality</li>
