Full-time positions are available, with multiple openings to address diverse caseloads across various school sites. This onsite assignment welcomes both experienced SLP-CCCs and SLPAs, including those interested in travel assignments. The position involves collaborating with dedicated support teams and leveraging your expertise to make a meaningful impact across elementary, middle, and high school students.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field (for SLPs)
- Valid state licensure as an SLP or SLPA
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred for SLPs
- Previous experience within a school setting strongly desired
- Ability to manage diverse K-12 caseloads and adjust to varying student needs
- Skilled in assessment, intervention, and documentation practices
- Outstanding communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide individualized speech and language therapy services to students across all grade levels
- Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with teachers and families
- Employ creative and evidence-based therapy techniques
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to a collaborative school culture
- Provide mentorship and support if working with SLPAs or team colleagues
