Key Responsibilities\n

- Function independently under general guidance, adhering to unit-specific guidelines, protocols, and policies
- Provide direct patient care in an emergency room setting, demonstrating independent action and sound clinical judgment
- Utilize time management, communication, planning, delegating, and problem-solving skills in delivering patient care
- Apply critical thinking skills to assess and respond to rapidly changing patient conditions
- Maintain emotional stability and composure in high-acuity emergency settings

Required Qualifications\n

- Minimum 2 years of current Emergency Room experience
- Active Massachusetts RN License
- Active American Heart Association BLS certification
- Active American Heart Association ACLS certification
- Active American Heart Association PALS certification
- Must have personal reliable transportation

Preferred Experience / Skills\n

- ED Triage and/or Cardiac Room experience (candidates with this background will receive first consideration)
- IV Certification
- Experience with Meditech Expanse electronic health record system
- ENPC and/or CEN certification; BSN degree
