As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, RN, you will play a vital role in leading our nursing team to deliver exceptional care to our residents. Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of our nursing team, ensuring high-quality care is delivered to every resident

Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident, in collaboration with other healthcare professionals

Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork among staff members

Provide guidance and support to new nurses and students, as well as mentor and coach existing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and reduce readmissions

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless transitions between settings and access to the best medical care
