Job Summary
Seeking Assemblers for a fast-paced manufacturing environment building plumbing products. Use hand and power tools, inspect parts for quality, and help meet production goals. This is a hands-on opportunity with long-term potential, career growth, and a supportive team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble products using hand and power tools.
- Follow work instructions and assembly procedures.
- Inspect components and finished products for quality.
- Work at assembly stations or on a production line.
- Rotate between stations throughout the shift.
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining safety standards.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and report issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
Requirements
- 6+ months of manufacturing or assembly experience.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand/power tools.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Reliable attendance and positive team attitude.
- Experience in fast-paced production environments.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
Preferred Experience
- Assembly, production, warehouse, machine operation, or construction experience.
- Lean manufacturing and quality inspection knowledge.
- Basic troubleshooting and blueprint-reading experience.

Work Environment Manufacturing facility with seasonal temperature changes. Employees work with both automated and manual equipment in a collaborative, team-focused setting. PPE is provided.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Braintree, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
