Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg/Telemetry / PCU
Location: Claremont, NH
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Start Date: September 21, 2026
Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Schedule: 12-hour shifts | Every other weekend
Compensation: $33.90 – $45.25/hour, based on experience
Position Overview
Registered Nurses (RNs) to join its Med Surg/Telemetry and Progressive Care Unit. This is an excellent opportunity for an independent, motivated RN comfortable working in a small, rural Critical Access Hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care using assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Monitor and care for patients requiring cardiac/telemetry monitoring.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Perform accurate documentation and medication administration.
- Use clinical judgment and critical thinking to manage patient needs.
- Provide safe, compassionate, patient-centered care across a diverse patient population.
Requirements
- Active NH or Compact RN license required at submission.
- 2+ years of ICU, PCU, or Med Surg experience – Required
- 2+ years of ED experience – Required
- Telemetry experience – Required
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required.
- Rural/small-facility experience preferred.
- Must be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
