Job DescriptionPosition Overview / Department Overview:

We are looking for a Registered Nurse to become a part of our Acute Cardiac Care Unit. Our organization is recognized globally for its innovative approaches in pediatric cardiovascular care, significantly improving survival rates for individuals of all ages with congenital or acquired heart conditions.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Delivering specialized nursing care to patients suffering from acute medical and surgical cardiac issues, particularly those with complex congenital and/or acquired heart diseases.
• Working collaboratively with a diverse team to provide family-centered care and achieve the best possible outcomes for patients.
• Committing to a schedule of 36 hours per week, which includes day and night shifts, as well as working every third weekend.

Essential Qualifications Education:

• A Bachelor of Science in Nursing is required.

Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in an inpatient setting.
• Experience in cardiac or telemetry nursing is preferred.
• Experience with pediatric patients is also preferred.

Licensure / Certifications:

• Must hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts.
