This position is primarily remote, allowing flexibility in your work schedule while still providing essential outpatient services. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of health professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and case managers, all dedicated to ensuring holistic, patient-centered care. Our outpatient office is equipped with advanced telehealth tools to facilitate effective remote therapy sessions, bridging the gap between therapists and clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, developing personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

  • Work collaboratively with a team of professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to coordinate care and ensure that clients are receiving comprehensive support tailored to their individual needs.

  • Offer crisis intervention services as necessary, handling acute mental health issues with expertise and compassion to stabilize client situations effectively.

Qualifications\n

Gotham Enterprises Ltd offers a competitive salary range between USD 80,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials.
