This acute care facility offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced operating room environment with a collaborative surgical team and strong clinical support.

Position: Surgical Technologist – OR
Location: Framingham, Massachusetts
Shift: 4x10 Days (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
Contract Length: 10 Weeks
Start Date: 06/15/2026 or 06/22/2026
Weekly Gross Pay: $2,118/week
Unit Details
- Operating Room Surgical Assignment
- 40 Guaranteed Hours Per Week
- Day Shift Schedule
- Collaborative OR Team Environment
- Exposure to a Variety of Surgical Procedures
- Call Rotation Required Based on Unit Need
Responsibilities
- Maintain Sterile Field & Aseptic Technique Throughout Procedures
- Prepare Operating Rooms, Surgical Instruments & Sterile Supplies
- Scrub & Assist During Surgical Procedures
- Pass Instruments & Equipment to Surgeons During Cases
- Pull & Prepare Cases for Scheduled Procedures
- Break Down & Restock OR Rooms After Procedures
- Assist with Operating Room Setup for Upcoming Cases
- Participate in On-Call Rotation as Required
Skills & Experience Required
- Recent Surgical Technologist Experience Required
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Preferred
- Strong Knowledge of Sterile Processing & OR Procedures
- Ability to Thrive in Fast-Paced Surgical Settings
- Experience with Surgical Instrumentation & Equipment Handling Preferred
