Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health diagnoses and formulate individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs.

  • Maintain an active caseload of 25-30 clients weekly, offering individual, family, and group therapy sessions that promote healing and personal growth.

  • Document therapy sessions meticulously according to company policies, ensuring clinical notes and treatment plans are completed for ongoing assessments and updates.

  • Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers, medical providers, and school staff, fostering a holistic approach to treatment.

  • Deliver exceptional client service, utilizing creative therapeutic interventions that empower clients to achieve their goals.

  • Engage in active case consultations and participate in ongoing training to stay aligned with best practices in mental health therapy.

You will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. Our treatment approach focuses on supporting individuals who are overcoming challenges such as anxiety, depression, addiction, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

  • Possession of a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.

  • Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience. In addition to salary, we offer:
