We are excited to announce an opportunity for a highly skilled and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team!

About the Role:
As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in our therapy team, providing one-on-one support to individuals with autism and related disorders in their natural environments. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing and maintaining individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

  • Collecting and recording data on behavior and progress towards goals

  • Assisting individuals with daily living skills, social skills, and other adaptive behaviors

  • Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless integration of therapy services

  • Maintaining accurate, detailed records and reports

Responsibilities:

  • Provide ABA-based therapy services in a variety of settings, including in-home and community-based environments

  • Develop and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients, families, and colleagues

  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure best practices and continuous learning

  • Adapt to changing circumstances and priorities while maintaining a flexible and organized approach

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field or certification in ABA preferred

  • Minimum of 0 years of experience in the field of ABA; experience working with individuals with autism or related disorders a plus

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
