Occupational Therapist (OT) – Travel Contract
\n Location: Lebanon, NH
\n Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
\n Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Day Shift
\n Scheduled Hours: 35 Hours/Week
\n Scheduled Days: Monday – Friday
\n Pay Rate: $67/Hour
\n Weekly Pay: $2,345/Week (Including Stipend)
\n Weekly Stipend: $1,757/Week
\n Taxable W2 Rate: $16.80/Hour
\n Non-Taxable Rate: $50.20/Hour
\n Overtime: Available after 40 hours
\n Need: Critical Need
\n Position Overview
\n We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week travel assignment in Lebanon, New Hampshire. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality occupational therapy services, develop individualized treatment plans, and support patients in achieving greater independence in their daily activities.
\n Responsibilities
\n Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
\n Provide occupational therapy interventions based on patient needs.
\n Monitor and document patient progress.
\n Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
\n Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home programs.
\n Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
\n Follow facility policies, procedures, and applicable standards of care.
\n Requirements
\n Active Occupational Therapist license applicable to New Hampshire.
\n Appropriate education and credentials required for the OT role.
\n Current BLS certification, if required by the facility.
\n Previous clinical experience preferred.
\n Strong communication and patient-care skills.
