RBT / Paraprofessional – Behavior Support

Springfield, VT | 2026–2027 School Year | 35–37.5 Hours/Week

We're hiring RBTs, Paraprofessionals, ABA professionals, and Behavior Support Providers to join a growing school-based behavior support program in Springfield, Vermont.

The district's behavior program is being rebuilt for the 2026–2027 school year, with new pilot projects and opportunities to help shape the future of student behavioral support.

Positions Available

3 Elementary School
2 Middle School
2 High School

What You'll Do

Provide direct behavioral and educational support to students, implement behavior support strategies, collect data, and collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and school staff.

What We're Looking For

Experience in ABA, behavior support, special education, or paraprofessional services is preferred. RBTs are encouraged to apply. A new district BCBA will supervise the program, with outside BCBA supervision preferred for RBTs.

Assignment: August 26, 2026 – June 14, 2027
Schedule: 35–37.5 hours per week
Location: Springfield, Vermont
